Paul McCartney & Stevie Wonder Ebony And Ivory Remastered Version (1982)

This classic song came to my mind, as I have been watching videos and writing about what is going on, now, world wide...people in the streets for George Floyd.

We have all seen the violence and anger coming out and now we are seeing more people channeling that anger for better purpose. It is an amazing transformation and I hope it continues and as this lovely song, from two great artists sings to us, "Ebony, Ivory living in perfect harmony..."

Blessing and love to all the world,

Maria Joan Juarez Hidalgo Beam (Boheme)

George Floyd, Minneapolis Protests, Ahmaud Arbery & Amy Cooper | The Dai...

Trevor Noah is amazing in this Daily Social Distancing Show. He speaks calmly yet so passionately about what is happening across the US right now due to the killing of George Floyd.

He is so on target with his words. I hope you watch and listen. Listen not just with your ears, but with your heart, most importantly.

It is really time for white America to get it. To really get it about what it is like for the black communities of the nation.

I have said it before and I will say it once more. Please just stop your judgement. Just stop it for once. And, really dive into your soul, and hear what you are thinking about the protesters. These people are hurting inside, they don't know what else to do, years and years of daily oppression. It is a symptom to the largest disease that we have, racism.

So, this is all I ask. And I do hope more of you from the states will stop watching what you are being shown on the television. You are not being shown everything. Trust me. You are not. Only, what the majority of the networks want you to see.

I hope you can all open the lens of your hearts and perhaps, one day, race will not be an issue, nor brutal police murders of black men any longer.

Sending peace and love to those that need it the most right now, the family of George Floyd and of all families who have had their family members murdered by police in their communities,

Protesters clash with police in NYC as George Floyd protest turns violent

I have noticed, at least through the number on my blog, that there are very few people from the states that are viewing my posts regarding what is happening across the United States due to the brutal murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officers. Most readers are from other nations and I find this very disturbing.

This is YOUR nation. You may be watching what is happening, but by what news media outlet? The ones who are fueling the violence and your anger towards the protesters? Or are you watching any type of news media that is helping you to understand why this is happening?

I wrote about this in a post with the song "Lead Poisoning, " by Tom Morello. Are you watching these protests and burning with judgment, with anger at those protesting? Are you directing any anger towards the killing of George Floyd? Are you saying to yourself, "this is no way for these people to react?" If you are, then you need to stop. Stop and examine your own conscious.

Look at this police violence against protesters and this is nothing, the videos on Twitter, are really showing the police violence against peaceful protesters and are only inciting more violence. Do you realize this? Or do you just simply judge the ones you perceive are in the wrong. Law and Order can be in the wrong as well.

I had a dream about exactly what is happening right now with all of these protests, riots, and with race against race, happening in the streets like chaos, as what is going on right now in the United States. I think it is going to get worse before it will get better. And, peoples thinking, as well contributes to what is happening. You do not have to be there. Just what you think and judge affects all that is occurring.

As I stated, judge ye not, for you are not living the lives of the people in the black communities across the nation. You have no idea what they live through everyday of their lives. You want to feel superior and so you judge. The only way change, real change will happen in the US, regarding race, is first of all, to change your mental perceptions.

This is an epidemic far worse than the Corona Virus, because this epidemic, has been in this country since its inception and it still remains, even after the end of slavery and the civil rights movement. The racial divide still exists. You may not think that you are racial, but if you are judging the protesters, you are being racial. And only with your change in thinking and to open your heart to compassion, that is when the real change will begin.

I hope to see in the days ahead, more people from the United States reading my posts in relation to the death of George Floyd and the rioting, protesting, burning. It is your nation, and it is up to you to make the change. Judgment does not change a thing...it only adds fuel to the already existing fire.

Sending out love to all those on the streets and those of the black communities across the United States,

Maria Joan Juarez Hidalgo Beam (Boheme)

Barry Bonds | Inside The Clubhouse

Barry Bonds, began his baseball career in Pittsburg Pennsylvania, with the Pittsburg Pirates, in 1986, May 30th, 34 years ago.

In 2017, he made the Giant´s Wall of Fame, and this is what this video is about, and about the awesome talent and genius of Barry Bonds. He lit up both stadiums, Candlestick and then AT&T Park. Fans were electrified, including my family and myself.

I had the privilege of growing up near San Francisco, in the East Bay. I was Giant girl since the beginning, when most of my friends were A's fans being on the East Bay. I got teased, but I was so proud to be a Giant´s fan.

I saw some of the greatest players to have ever played the game, Willie Mays, Willie McCovey, Juan Marichal, Barry's father, Bobby Bonds, and so many more. And, then as an adult, and with my own family, Barry joins the team.

I cried when I watched this, not just because Barry brought so many emotions to me when I went to a game, but also because, I shared so many of these moments with me precious family, whom, I no longer see. My wonderful husband Brian, who passed away, my two beautiful sons, who both went away to the military. So for me, Barry Bonds and the San Francisco Giants, mean so much to my heart.

We had a partnership in restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area and many Giant's players came into our restaurants. They would give my husband tickets to the games for us, so we were so privileged and blessed to have received such gifts from players and to see so many games together as a family. These are memories I will always treasure so deeply.

So I honor and I thank you Barry Bonds, for having been one of the most amazing baseball players that I have ever witnessed in the game. I thank you, for so many magical moments, and for some many wonderful memories with my beautiful family. WE loved you sooooo much.

With great love to all Barry Bond fans,

Maria Joan Juarez Hidalgo Beam

Some people may find some of the language used in this video as offensive.

This post is to bring out what lies under the burning and protesting in Minnesota and to honor the man, Floyd George, who was killed by the police.

"The speed with which the mainstream media forgot all about coronavirus, ‘social distancing’ and masks to de facto promote a race war with coverage of riots and looting in the Twin Cities makes one wonder about their priorities.
Just days ago, the sanctimonious shills on cable channels were clutching their pearls in concern over Americans failing to maintain ‘social distance’ and going out in public without masks, while wringing their hands about the 100,000 deaths attributed to the pandemic in the country so far.
Then George Floyd died with a Minneapolis police officer kneeling on his neck. Within three days, protests turned to looting, then rioting, then arson. Minneapolis and St. Paul burned, as local authorities ordered police to stand down and let it happen." https://www.rt.com/op-ed/490175-minnesota-riots-covid-media/

Much is being said by the right and the left about the tragedy happening in Minnesota. It is a reflection of what could happen in any city across the nation, especially a large one. It could be Oakland, CA, it could be NYC,New York, it could be Detroit, Michigan, Houston, Texas, Los Angeles, CA, and etc...

What happens in these cities and many others in the United States, is the oppression of the black community. It is so blatantly obvious, if one has lived in, or near, one of these cities. The divide between, the white and the black, is there, and it could be just right at the next corner.

One moves from beautiful homes and pristine gardens to bar after bar, liquor store after liquor store, cheap shops after cheap shops, black people wandering, police helicopters hovering over, throughout the night, and even, seeing police with automatic weapons pointed at, one unarmed black man, with his hands in the air. Yes, I have seen this with my very own eyes, in Oakland, California, USA.

Many whites are condemning the violence, but what they do not understand, is what fuels it. Shootings, killings, drugs filtered into their neighborhoods by the CIA, dire underfunding of public schools, underpaid workers, and little hope for a future.

Angela Davis made a statement regarding violence and revolution years ago, she gets it. She has been there. I will post this interview after this writing. She has been on the frontlines and has lived through years and years of racial oppression. And, she still stands tall.

So please do not condemn the people who are angry, they have good reason. You don't live their lives. So who are you to judge? I can understand it because I've seen it. Especially growing up near Oakland and seeing the Black Panther Movement awaken and rise to protect the black communities against police violence and to protect them from being turned into what they are today.

I am not saying that violence is the answer nor the solution, it is a symptom, and a worse symptom than any of the Covid-19. It has been simmering and festering for years upon years and every several years, those symptoms implode.

So this is what you are seeing in Minnesota right now. The black community has always been less than, the white community. The black community knows this and nothing seems to change it, so the anger comes out. The anger comes out, and we are all responsible, because, most care not, for the fate of the black communities. We are immune and happy to be so.

These are facts that we choose to be blind to...for the blind cannot see, what really is, the reality. Judge ye not, for your fate and your reality is not theirs.

In great solidarity with all black communities in the country,

Maria Joan Juarez Beam (Boheme)

On the morning of December 4, 1969, lawyer Jeffrey Haas received a call from his partner at the People’s Law Office, informing him that early that morning Chicago police had raided the apartment of Illinois Black Panther Party Chairman Fred Hampton at 2337 West Monroe Street in Chicago.

Tragically, Hampton and fellow Panther Mark Clark had both been shot dead, and four other Panthers in the apartment had critical gunshot wounds. Police were uninjured and had fired their guns 90-99 times. In sharp contrast, the Panthers had shot once, from the shotgun held by Mark Clark, which had most likely been fired after Clark had been fatally shot in the heart and was falling to the ground.https://www.zinnedproject.org/materials/assassination-of-fred-hampton

Let There Be Peace on Earth

Sung by Vince Gill

This song and video is so touching and so very lovely. We can have peace on earth, for The Who have died in war, for those fighting now, for the innocents, and for the future of our all children of the world and for the future of the world. We can have a world without war and a world of peace.

May we begin this Memorial Day...Let There be Peace on Earth and Let it Begin With Me...

With great love and peace,

Yes, we all hurt, sometimes. Despite, the hurt and the pain we need to keep carrying on. The pain may never heal, but it molds us into someone new. Allow your tears to be the sculptor of your heart and your soul. Let a new form and a new beginning unfold.

With all my love,
